Quick query about the pinball machine at the S&G. Meant to have a look and ask about it last Friday (Is it Champion Pub?). I'm thinking of buying one and wondered where the S&G one was from and whether you can recommend a retailer? I realise they're ridiculously expensive and look difficult to get hold of but i'm determined to get one. Also - do they require constant repairs? Cheers.

Champion Pub and the fruit machines are rented from a small firm in Royton who look after them for us. As for buying one, try the Worlds Fair newspaper - http://www.worldsfair.co.uk/ - for ads from suppliers or here - http://www.mercuryleisure.co.uk/ - for a rough idea of what to expect to pay
